Meet the team

Ben is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner who brings extensive entrepreneurial and finance experience to Hazel Homes.

 

Ben draws on seven years of entrepreneurial experience as the CEO of Localwise (acquired in 2022), six years of finance experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Parnassus Investments, and five years of non-profit leadership experience as a board member at New York Professional Advisors for Community Entrepreneurs.

Ben is responsible for all facets of the business including deal sourcing, fundraising, and property management.

As a resident of Colorado, Ben takes a hands-on approach to managing the investment portfolio and loves to spend time on the ground finding unique investments.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from UC-Berkeley's Haas School of Business. 

Christiana is a Co-Founder who brings a wealth of home financing and insurance knowledge to Hazel Homes.

Christiana owns and operates a mortgage brokerage (NMLS#: 2111870) and multiple insurance agencies in Colorado, totaling 5,000+ clients. Through this experience, she has established herself as one of Colorado's top experts in structuring mortgages and refinances, for both her primary and investor clients. 

​

Christiana brings insights from her mortgage and insurance experience to help make optimal real estate investment decisions. She is also the point person for structuring home financing deals for Hazel Homes.

As a Colorado enthusiast, Christiana takes pride in helping other families secure beautiful homes across Colorado's Front Range.

Christiana holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Old Dominion University.
